"Clean Up the Web" University Web Standard Specification
The "Clean Up the Web" University Web Standard Specification is the main documentation for the new Web standard. It is the definitive resource. The specification is included in the Web Developer's Toolkit and can be found in the Source Materials folder. Request the Toolkit, and you'll automatically recieve the specification.
